it is really hard to get the screws in and out. Getting the small screws lined up and the wrench inserted right. My wife isn't patient enough, but she wants to lock me while I'm bound. I'd hate to have to continue using the padlock devices after spending that much money. Are there other options.
Well, you're very lucky that your wife is patient enough to consider binding you before locking you. Just buy a device thingy that's easy to assemble and dissemble, that's my advice. Some of them are down right impossible!
it is some what difficult to figure out at first but once you get the hang of how to do it her devices are so much easier and faster to put on. We have the #5 and it took my wife 4 tries before she had the ring in my pa and in the devices hole and screw fastened in but now she has me locked up and hands down it is the most comfortable device
GC would give it a go but then end up asking me to put the screw in myself. But she recently got the hang of it so she doesn't have a problem doing it herself anymore. Maybe she can practice in a non-sexual setting. You know, like after dinner just take the screw out and put it back in a few times. Don't need to take the device off, just practice with the screw.

Wanted to follow up with this. I got a second device from her and wanted to pass on my experience. The screws are tight at first and you need to work the tool with them several times to deburr them I guess. After screwing them in and out several times the little lock thing on the tool seems to work better with the screw. Also the tool has to be aligned just right, not only up and down but there is a point where the tool will lock to the screw. Short version is they just need to be broken in and they work great.
My kh hated the jailbird security screw, it's a wonder it was never lost, either from fumbling with it in bed, or from it just loosening on its own. My device has a piercing and uses an integrated lock. Now she does all the unlocking, but since putting the device on is tricky even for me, it's my job.
