I randomly came across a seller on etsy.com who supposedly sells custom made cages made within 1-2 weeks for about $320. The quality doesn't look appalling, but certainly doesn't stand out as much as any MM device (based on what I've seen so far). The fact that is is curved and supposedly customisable is appealing, but I would like to know if this seller is legit before spending hundreds. There is a variant of the cage that is the mandatory 3 inches in length for around $80. It looks to have a peculiar locking cylinder, and there doesn't seem to be an option for alternative lock types. There are no selections available for customisation, just notes to the seller. But what should I really expect with a Chinese device? The only reason I looked this up is because it is within my price range, whilst the MM Jailbird is around $700 in AUD with the current exchange rate. And now the seller seems to be complaining about the language barrier with the communication. I have asked several questions about the device (Who wouldn't with any custom device?), and suggesting I just grab an off the shelf device. Very frustrating, since there are not many options for a design like the one I linked to that don't cost upwards of $650 in AUD.
