    Does anyone here happen to know what this is called and where I might be able to purchase it, or if it is still even available?
    It appears to be something that could be either worn or put over a CB series device (which we own two of). Thanks in advance . . .

    Thanks for the feedback guys . . . I am beginning to think it was "home-made" out of dong or something, lol. I'm pretty sure that's a CB series base ring it is somehow attached to though.

    it is not a CB-xxxx it is a chinese knock off (see image and circled areas that tell you it is not CB-xxxx)

    And I saw it just as you posted the image for sale somewhere ... just can't remember ... I want to say it was either a D-Gate type of sight or a UK fetish / kink site.

    that "cover" is designed to fit the cage and "hide" it ... a regular penis extension does not have the flares that one does and would give a different look.

    With that said I have never seen just the cover for sale (doesn't mean it isn't) it was with the device.
