Hello all. This is my first post, but I have been reading quite a bit and I just really enjoy the support and the real advice and personal experience everyone offers each other. I work in an arduous career and it requires me to be very physical. Also, part of my job requires mevto workout and exercise, which I quite enjoy. My question is, does anyone have any experience with jogging and lifting weights and what kind of underwear or fit are you looking for? My first inclination is to buy some tight biking short style boxer briefs so that it holds the cage close to my body and doesn’t bang around. And the reason I ask is because my wife just ordered my first custom cage through Mature Metal and it will take about two months till I receive it. Trying to get prepared. Thank you in advance for your advice and experiences.
I hate lifting weights, so I can't help you there. However, I have done a fair amount of running over the years. Boxer briefs worked well for me. Never had any problems with the cage and running.
Tighter workout briefs, and re-learn how to move without causing pain/irritation. I run now with a full belt, no undergarment, biker type shorts and some carefully place fabric between skin and various metal parts. It's slightly different than a cage I guess, but the hardest part for me so far is just adjusting how I run. Welcome to posting in the Mansion. I have been fully active, both with work and working-out/running in chastity. I have had no issues at all both in my JailBird and in my BehindBarz full metal belt. @northern_fox is correct you will have to relearn some movements to reduce discomfort and possible injuries. as for undies, personal preference goes a long way, so I suggest experimenting. I personally find that supportive bikini briefs work best for me to hold everything in place, but that’s also what I wore for workouts before chastity. I’d probably recommend starting there.
hi I do skiing, mountainbiking and surfing and especially for the last one you should be really fit and slim to proceed. So I am on a 3 times a week training schedule which includes swimming, weights, yoga, crossfit and balance. I never had an issue when wearing a cage during the training. The only -funny- thing I noticed was the visibility of it when you wear it under a “boardie”, which is the surfers boardshort, a kind of a loose boxershort you normally use without underwear. So if your boardie gets wet – which it normally does- it can be very visible to others Cheers ray69
I agree with the others, tight briefs or a thong are the best, hold every in place and stops your cage pulling or moving.
The only time it comes off for sports is when I ski. Sports has gone by the way side as I age and only skiing is left. I do work out on the elliptical and some weight training And even taking free throws in the driveway. Most of my swimming in the pool is naked, we have lots of privacy, actually kind of proud of my cage and my wife enjoys seeing it.
I used to run caged, it never presented an issue with a well fitting cage and tight briefs. I will run again some day when I get over my virus malaise and general laziness. I currently train in martial arts with lots of jumps, kicks, rolls and sparring with no serious issues. During my last test for rank, there was movement of some sort for nearly three hours which none was hindered by my cage. Anyone doing MMA or Jiu Jitsu would recognize an issue in "full guard" but you're wear a cup anyway so you decide. Have heard many say biking is problematic but can be conquered with the right seat. Find the right cage and supportive underwear and you shouldn't find too many issues.
Thank you all for the wise reply. After reading, I ordered some compression shorts to give them a try once the cage comes in. Thanks again.
Sounds like you are sorted but I find UK football shorts are good. The ones with the underwear built in. I did my first 5k run for about 5 years 2 weeks ago wearing my cage. I have trouble playing football because I get terrible shrinkage and by full time I've escaped. As people have said though I think most issues are around getting a well fitting cage.
It was this one: https://www.google.com/search?clien...ient=mobile-gws-wiz-serp#imgrc=U87mpZvI9DTblM I got it off UK eBay but it doesn't seem to be there anymore. P.s. I didn't run with the urethra tube in incase you were wondering
