Hi, I have just uploaded photos of my anti-pullout fix, partially using my PA. I say partially since as my PA had migrated I can't use it in normal way so have used an O ring to secure penis in place within the cage. A tubed beaded chain is fed through the PA BCR. A ring attached to the O ring pushed through gap in one of little slits on CB3K secured by a numbered security tag. Photos demonstrate far better.
