    Here is a cool app to keep track of your time locked up and release date. It is called event countdown. The screen shot shows how long I have been in my cage and my possible release date.

    The app is called "Event Countdown" in the Google play store.

    Works well I have been using the same app for some time. I keep the count down on the front screen of my phone as a constant reminder. Currently counting down to 7pm on February the 14 th.
