    Hello,

yes, that's my question. I will explain why.
I have tried lots of metal and silicone chastity devices. Some went in my drawer immediate and some I could wear for some hours and sometimes a day or two.
But in the end, the silicone ones were too loose or too tight. I need base ring about 47-48mm and most of them are 45-50mm.
And wearing a metal one, the lower part of my skin between my legs burns like hell. I must be allergic to the metal while no cream seems to help.
I do not mind if the chastity device is silicone or metal if I can wear it for a long period of time.

Somebody outthere who can help me?

    Thank you very much,

    Tom

Well, stainless steel of 316L quality shouldn't cause allergic reaction. Are you sure the ring isn't chrome plated?

Sounds like you might need a custom fit from one of the manufacturers that make resin cages. Or somehow modify a larger ring so it fits tighter. Good luck and enjoy.

A cage with a slightly larger gap might help with the burning on the underside of your scrotum. When the gap is too small your skin will be continuously compressed and pinched by the outer ring. Just a slightly larger gap can make a big difference.

Even with a quality device and the best fit, though, it takes time to build up to extended lockups. A day or two is really a great start, especially if that includes overnight.

You can try plastic/resin (holy trainer, cb-xxx, etc).
Recently, due to frequent air travel, I purchased an Evotion Wearable - fully custom. I am very pleased with it.
Nevertheless, I always recommend everyone that wants to go 24/7 to first have a couple of weeks of cock ring wear 24/7. After this period, I am sure you'll have a different body response.
Good luck and don't give up!

You may try a titanium looker.

I have the same problem. A few months ago I decided to buy a 3D printer to test this out. Tried over 60 combinations so far of various devices. I am still on this journey, but that specific problem appears to be a ring that's too small and possibly not wide enough. I also recommend standing over a mirror with a flashlight to see what it looks like beneath. I saw skin folding and pinching at the base. Increasing the ring by 1/16" helped a lot, and I am busy printing a double ring to see if that fixes the rest.

A ggod lube like baby oil gel may but as previously mentioned do ensure that the metal of your metal cage is surgical quality stainless ...(316 L) as it may be due to some reaction to any of the other components is any other kind of metal. Nickel is often the culprit. Try applying multiple coats of a nylon based nail varnish to the ring. It won't last long but may last long enough for you to identify the problem.

Also I 'd point out I wore The Fort for years but only after I'd had a custom made A-ring made. The cage was the good stuff the rings were chrome plated. So the two parts may be made of different materials.

What would be a suitable "paint" for making sure that a surface is safe for skin?

Gold plating would do the trick for metal parts, but it's quite difficult to implement, I guess.

What could be a safe "filler" for tuning the devices? Filling the holes and such.

Jewellers usually sell a product for people to put on the back of watches and the like.. the something is or is very similar too muchless expensive nail varnish, that is nylon based or contains nylon for added strengthtand durability. It works for the metal studs and waistband buttons of jeans too.

That's a novel idea! Thank you.

I was aware of using nail paints for the purpose, but I guess that's not optimal.

A lot of it comes down to the shaping of the ring as well as just letting your body get used to it with alternating wear. W/we had success with a real Holy Trainer V3 and the bioresin ring (a 45 if anyone is keeping score). It's a good shape and the material is good, but again, we're talking at least a month for your body to start getting used to it.

Sidebar: Clever idea about the Jeweler solution.

Normal nail varnish will work but if it contains nylon it is more durable.
What you don't want is any of the varnish coming off when you are not in a position to be able to remove the cage and apply some more.. trust me on that.

Let me guess: The varnish peels of in sharp flakes, which do their best to cut throgh and embed themselves in your skin?

Not so much ..... but if varnish peels off without you knowing the first sign is whatever allergic reaction you have to the exposed metal that you were trying to avoid.

Like I said .... at least i have said before... I had a FORT and the solution for me was to get a replacement A-ring made that I would not react to. Wore it for years with no problems.
