Advice, How can I avoid escape from a small cage?

    Hi, I´m fairly new to using a chastity device with my girlfriend. I´d love her to be my keyholder but I have some issues with my cage.
    The cage model is the following:

    So far I´ve tried ring sizes 40-45 mm which are smallest standard through largest, and still with some wiggling I manage to escape out of the top by sliding out. My concern is that I want for there to be a way to not escape my cage by sliding out (I doubt the ring size is the issue at this point), I do not want to use a piercing out the top hole or anything related to catheters...
    Is there any other way to avoid escaping the cage?

    Data for clarification:
    Cage is 25 mm long and has a diameter of 33mm.
    I own two rings; a 40 mm and a 45 mm, I can escape both, the 40 mm takes a little more effort but I believe that a smaller size might begin to be restricting in an uncomfortable way.
    My size on flacid is between 6-7 cm and my diameter is about 25 mm.

    this model also comes with a urethral tube. i use it on my puck. she is an extreme grower which also makes her an extreme shrinker. the tube is glued on and the threaded part that locks the tube to the cage is super glued. the tube is 6 inches long. she has yet to escape. the ring size need only keep the testicles from slipping out. the tube does the rest.

    My wife didn’t see the point of holding a key to something I could so easily get out of, so was adamant about me being pierced if we were to keep doing this. There are other ways to circumvent normal cages as well, vibration on cage, water jet, anal toys etc. So really, it’s only as serious as you want to make it.

    yes we ordered several barrel locks with the same key so we have 8 keys. one for each ma'at but we keep all except one in a floor safe at home which puck does not have the combination nor thumb print, one in a safety deposit box which pucks name is not on. since puck must be secured before the cage comes off we did not want to tempt fate with a key around our neck. worse yet the occasional misplaced key which drove us a little nuts hence the floor safe.

    everyone has their own standards to choose a mate. for me and ma'ats i know selection is not very scientific. we look for alpha male types that have a strong honour code. after that i suppose it is personal preference like everyone else. i preferred smart, funny and easy to talk to which is the same standard applied to sister ma'ats as well. all the rest is window dressings.
