Advice Dealing with HolyTrainer

    I tried to order a Nano on New Years Eve and I am in the US. I tried to pay with Paypal, I got a receipt from Paypal, but it never took me back to the HT website, I have no email from HT, and they have not responded to my emails inquiring about the order. So, I've paid for it, but i have no idea if the order is processing. I know its the holidays and I am not familiar with how they do things in Switzerland. Any thoughts??? Anyone had anything similar happen?

    Anyone in the States have experience with the folks at HT? I was really fired up to get this new authentic device but so far they won't even answer my emails. I have no idea what's going on. I know CM is not customer service...hopefully its just that they are on vacation this time of year. Thanks.

    I got a nano 3 ordered on Dec 26th it is already at customs waiting in NY for shipping to midwest...I also got a email from holytrainer with track info...you should of too it looked like it' all automated emails

    I also rememer that after PayPal or didn' take me back to holytrainer site either just got a order confirmation a little later

    Got email from HT about a min after PayPal receipt...tracking info was on the 29th a day after I ordered...hope this helps

    Sounds good, I also think I ordered a ring too small...wish they would answer email!
