    We have tried both the CB6000 and the Holy Trainer at great cost, however the largest ring size on both of these is to small/tight for me for prolonged use. The HT is the better btw.
    The HT is definitely the most comfortable although it is a real struggle to get into even using the sock trick, I need something a bit larger, we was thinking going steel but we are worried about wasting hard earned money.
    I could handle the HT if the ring was maybe one size bigger but ideally would prefer something with an extra inch in length as well.
    Please for the love of god do not think I'm bragging, My wife and I are serious about this.
    Have any of you got anything that may help?

    Welcome to CM I’m sure you’ll find lots of advice and suggestions here.

    For myself, I’m current in an HT v3 nub knockoff and I love it. I’d suggest you look at cheap knockoffs to start and then when you find what works for you, go with the higher end models. Get a few different options with different ring sizes and even shapes. I prefer oval to round. There are a few out there that have rings larger than 50mm, however many people start out with large rings and find that they prefer smaller as they become accustomed to longer term wear.

    My wife/KH and I have decided that I should be locked up for longer term after trying out Locktober and we’re looking at getting a higher end model.

    I don't have the knockoffs, We feel I need a 60mm ring, maybe a 65mm ring but HT have said they do not do larger rings, which is disappointing after spending £180 with them.
    I have seen some Stainless steel ones, but they offer the same ring sizes and have so far failed to reply to my email, so that does not boost confidence.

    I'm sorry, I didn't really do the hello part proper. and my wife made me explain this, how lucky am I.

    Welcome to our community and good luck in your search for a proper device. Not sure if you can climax from nipple stimulation alone, but it sounds like in your case it would certainly be worth trying,

    I found I had the same problem, I started stretching my balls, this seems to have made it more comfortable now. I think there is a larger than regular HT also.
