@daywalker one thing that occurred to me - the bosses that hold the cage to the ring look like they are big enough to print little latches into.
forming a cone shape, pointing to the back of the ring and the front of the cage.
Small barbell-shaped pins fed from the center of the joint, squeeze them til the latches click into place. Drill the head off when you want to remove.

I thing I have advocated for a long time.
And also an all metal one that allows cleaning but no touching that costs a little more so the price would/could also help deter removal even more.

My Lady has suggested that there ought to be one that would be fixed on and was too expensive to take off and replace or even too humiliating to get a 3rd party to remove it.

Or in the case of some more Ds FLR relationships don't tell him where you get it from and make him earn the price of replacement by awarding him pennies for tasks completed until he has earned enough for you to order him a new one.

The possibilities as always are limited only by the imagination... and reality .. amn reality .. but yes and reality
