    Hey everyone!

    I made a new full belt...3D printed titanium. The straps are biothane. The strap to device pieces are stainless that I welded and made the old fashion way. The device is secured with a Prince Albert and a high security screw.

    Its pretty light...

    The whole finished belt weighs 125g

    It could be lighter but it’s not with the money to do it.

    So for any of the full belts with a just a cable etc up the middle you have to pull them to the side while you go. I might make a oval opening to add to the strap the only problem those is then when you sit your butt cheeks can get pinched sometimes.

    I’ve thought about it. I have a website I made a couple years back www.captivebydesign.com but I don’t think I am going to right now. They are too expensive and too much work to make right now. But who knows I might in the future.

    I've seen split straps that go off toward each upper thigh instead of straight up the middle. Seems like that might be a better solution... as long as one doesn't mind sitting on the straps on a hard chair or something.

    BTW, I really like the design, and I think that you've made this wearable by not trying to make an entire full belt, like (for example) Goethals or Latowski.

    Thanks I have tried a belt with the split straps and they go over the butt cheeks and standing up it worked well. Sitting when you bend it increases the distance around from belt to front of crotch. It didn’t work for me at least.

    Okay, now what though the next time she wants to lock you up in it again (and not the new gorgeous one you just created)? Didn't you realize her asking you to take it off was a test to see if it really was permanent? ;) Now she knows that you can drill it off! :oops:

    On a more serious note : Wow! One idea, btw, if you wanted to take my sarcastic humor above seriously would be to use something like those one-of-kind numbered plastic locks or even a hand-crafted thin metal one (signed by Minah?) placed over the headless screw. So you couldn't drill through again without also breaking that "seal" as well.

    Or, do something similar with the new lock on the new device to ensure you can't easily drill that one off! :D
