It definitely is possible as long as you can maintain good hygiene and are able to clean the cage and yourself thoroughly without having to remove the device. IMO, if you are able to clean that well without taking off the cage, then your cage is way too big.

 

I’m understanding the topic of this thread was a question was if continuous wear 24/7 365 of a chastity device without removal is possible. I previously answered that it is possible in my own experience using the cage design that I’m wearing. I can assure you that my device is not too big. It’s a very snug fitting (when flaccid) shaft only tube design with a very open head that secures a locking PA barbell. The tightness of it accomplishes 2 things, 1). The tight friction allows the shaft to bear most of the weight of the tube so it doesn’t stress my PA. And 2). Makes it very difficult and painful to orgasm. When showering, the tube is short enough and the barbell is long enough to be able to me moved up and down the shaft so that I’m able to clean my entire penis thouroughly. I additionally have very thin small profile flat cloth tipped cleaning wands that I’m able to clean the inside of the tube with by sliding them in between the tube and my skin. The head is very open and I’m able to rotate the tube to access all parts of both the head and the curved part of the barbell. I can wear this device as long as my key holder wants me too without ever having any hygiene issues whatsoever. That is why both of us chose this design after numerous different trials with all sorts of different styles. My device does not come off unless my Mistress allows it. It stays on through all socially uncomfortable moments such as airports, doctor visits, swimming in public areas, and anything normal life throws at me. I just have to deal with it.

With my tube’s relatively simplistic design, I don’t have issues others seem to be having. Such as shaving or a full enclosed tube and base ring to have to clean. I had hard spots inside my penis after wearing a cobra narrow plastic cage. My penis was pointing upwards and purple. Went to doctors peyronies disease.

Been taking supplements, using oils and the hard spots are slowly going away, still have a slight upward bend, pain is gone.

I totally agree with you on your assessment. I wear a much similar tube only device. Locked with a PA piercing. Like you, it’s snug even when flaccid. So no weight on the piercing. I clean daily like yourself.
I’ve been in mine for over 4 years now and it only comes off a couple times a year for a deep cleaning of the tube and PA hook. My wife sees no reason for it to come off for virtually any reason. Maybe a MRI or something like that down there, otherwise no. I’m having laser hair removal done down there, and after explaining my situation to the technician. I'm not sure I agree with that. I can get a q-tip in because the penis tissue is soft. And you can force water with some antibiotic soap through the tube with enough pressure. I have a polycarbonate cage and can stay locked without it becoming funky smelling or causing an inflammation from poor hygiene. The only reason I ask for release is to shave because the pubes start causing irritations under the ring around 2 weeks.

The longest I could ever go with a plastic cage was a week, and even before then it smelled horribly.
With a steel cage it's much easier to keep clean and fresh, I have gone as long as 6 months without being unlocked at all, and regularly go 2, 3 or 4 months without unlocking.

These days it tends to be something like a doctor's appointment or some other external reason to be unlocked. If it wasn't for that both my wife and I would be quite happy for it to be permanent. In some ways it is, it's just that we're not pedantic when some rational reason demands that I'm uncaged.
