    A few months back, we bought a petsafe bluetooth controlled shock collar. It's strapped just behind my cage. My wife loves to use it when we are in public as it's controlled off a smart phone app. I'd always wondered if it was possible to control it over the internet so air strikes could be called in from all over the globe so to speak. Turns out there is. Software called 'teamviewer', when installed on both phones allows one to 'see' and control the other.

    I work from home a lot and now will receive a text saying 'put on the collar and open the program'. She then zaps me when ever she feels the urge. Sometimes it's frequent and other times, it's hours between.

    intrigueing .. My Lady is in the US and Im in the UK ...over what distances can that work and can the phone that controls the device be android and the phone that conterols that phone remotely be apple?

    The phones control each other over the internet so distance isn't an issue. The receiving phone needs to be with in 75 feet or so of the collar as that part is bluetooth. As for cross compatibility, just check out their site (teamviewer). We are a droid family so I don't know if it would work or not.

    Oh, crap... A couple months ago when I told my wife about the bluetooth shock collar I read about here she made me buy it immediately, and she has loved using it and lamented the fact that she couldn't control it from a distance. As soon as I tell her about this -- and I know I will even if it scares me -- she's going to make me get teamviewer.

    I think if I told my Lady she might be interested as I am forever leaving the house for hours on end even overnight sometimes without taking my mobile phone.

    But they did say we could achieve allorts of trans-atlantic wonders withthe Nokey, the internet and mobile phones and thats £60 I'll never see the point of spending. So maybe I'm safe a while yet.

    well whoever is considering that ought to mind their own damn business.

    For people its a matter of free will. And as for controlling animals .. thats down too people's free will too.... whatever works without UNnecessary cruelty is good for me.

    I accept my point of view is influenced by my opinions on pets generally and dogs in particular. Not a topic I'd discuss anywhere but 'the bar' on this site. and not even there really

    Undoubtedly.

    but receiving a text or being told to switch on your end to enabke her access could have its appeal ... still not knowing if when or how she was going to use it.... yes it would have its merits

    I love being controlled remotely! I never know when or in what form or at what strength my torment will come! We have RC cameras, buttplugs and shock collar and She texts me instructions and then watches me to ensure that I insert the plug or apply the collar. Then I wait, helplessly, for things that are at times uncomfortable, stimulating and sometimes, not at all. It takes Femdom control to another level, which we both enjoy!

    Ah thanks we still can get those here but not for long I think.
    the price is wrong here. its the same number of pounds here as it is dollars over there. usual rip off tactics I see.

    Do you find that blue tooth operated shock collar is bit too slow to access? You gotta turn on the phone, swipe or add password, than choose the app and than make sure you hit the right button on the screen? Seems like regular remote with buttons might be easier? Thanks.

    You are probably right but the idea of using the phone is not to need to carry a remote
    OR
    and if you had been read the whole thread

    It is possible with the phone app to operate the collar from another phone that does not have to be on the same continent
