Do you wear a balltrap device and not lube it daily?

I wear a ball trap. I do remove it daily to shower, then lotion then put it on. I don’t have any problems. I do remove it at night most days

I wear a small steel Cobra 43mm ball trap device 24/7/365* (*currently on day 358). No lube necessary.

 

Steelheart 2 secured with a tether spout.

Blast with jet of water daily, poke some soap down there every other day before blasting it (see gallery)....soaping it up every day can leave the skin dry.

I sometimes put a bit of Bepanthen (baby cream) under ball ring. I dont really need to do that, its more when I am getting used to wearing it again after a break...then its just a habit. I dont think that counts as lube. I don't lube the contents of the tube.

Doesn't have to come off at all for cleaning, I am fortunate that I am let out pretty regularly, but its been in for 3 weeks straight more than once and came out as good as the day it went in.

 

I'm in a Titanium BA-28. I got it with the curved anatomical base ring. I don't need any lube or lotion at all. It does not come off for hygiene, since it is easy to stay clean. My wife loves that unlocks are totally at her whim.

 

I wear a MM Jailbird and as of today have been in it 76 days straight, zero unlocks, with one exception for about eight hours. This isn’t the norm however, usually I’m unlocked once every week or so for sex. I’ve never needed to lube the ring but I used some when I first started (about a year and a half ago) for about a week out of caution until I realized it wasn’t necessary.

 

I have worn a mature metal device for over 5 years (with occasional releases). At first I needed to lube regularly, with baby gel (not oil). After a while I no longer needed to do that. I don't recall how long that was bit it could have been more than a year

I have a PA piercing and cage with PA hook.
Orion cage is comfortable, ball sac does need time to toughen up. In general, I’ve never gone past 4/5 days with various belts and cages. I’m a full week in and feel like I can go easily through locktober and maybe push through to end of year.
The Orion is very comfortable and lightweight.
Plus I can easily clean without removing.

I’ve gotten laser hair removal, so no reason to remove my cage unless mistress wants to or I have a hair removal appointment.

Titanium BAW here. I don't take it off to wash (very easy to clean) and I don't need to use lube generally. That being said if I get the feeling it will be a high and tight day I will carry a small tube of Neosporin just in case. In the beginning I was H&T all the time. Now, after 17 months, I guess they have gotten used to being trapped and most days they are relaxed enough to be comfortable. But some days I wake up and everything is tight right through the shower and getting ready. I know those days will be an HT day so I carry. I would say 10-20% of those days I will lube because of discomfort. I find Neo to be the best combo of durability and viscosity.

Red Chili device with double ring, I keep my skin moisturized after my shower, and I rarely experience ball burn from morning wood attempts. And I’m on TRT and take 5mg tadalafil (cialis) about 4 days a week, so attempts are frequent

 

Daily, no unlocking, no lube needed unless I'm doing, like, a 50+ mile bike ride

 

I had a Holy Trainer and then Mature Metal Queen's Keep, and never used any lubricant with either one.

 

I wear a BA28 in titanium 24/7 that I clean in the shower with a toothbrush and bar soap and don’t need to lubricate. I haven’t been unlocked in two months as there is no need.

 

I have worn various ball trap devices, and with each change/improvement, have found much less need to lubricate, with the latest only needing it occaisionally, once a month or so.

In order from worst to best, with best being less need for lubrication ...
Plastic split base ring device.
Plastic solid base ring device.
Steel device with narrow guage base ring.
Steel device with wide guage base ring.
Steel device with ergonomic shaped base ring.

I have also found that the need to use lubrication is much reduced if you keep pubic hair short, or plucked/shaved from the region of the base ring. Pubic hair might feel soft to touch, but it's horrendously tough and abrasive when trapped between ring and skin. General dirt is likewise quite abrasive and irritable when trapped under the ring, washing sweat and salt away at least daily also helps to not need lubrication.

 

I wear the NC03, my avatar, 24/7 for over 3 years now. No need to remove it to clean and I don't need to lubricate anything. It wasn't a custom device, just off-the-shelf and quite frankly, I was amazed how well it fit and how comfortable it was the first time I wore it. (Well...adding the screw-in spikes WILL make it less comfortable! LOL)

Keep in mind I was wearing the Holy Trainer variants for a long time before this so I was conditioned for long-term chastity wear. The HT devices, while comfortable, DID require much more frequent cleanings and had to be removed at least once a week for a good cleaning. I didn't need to use any lubricant, though.

When I think WAY back to the 90's when I started, mass-produced chastity devices were in their infancy, there were a few that required me to use some lubrication. I was much larger then and have shrunk due to the constant confinement. Some of those were the CB series and the like. Not really comfortable for longtime wear, and needed very frequent cleaning. Plus, kind of a pain to put on and take off. At the time they were OK, but compared to what's available now, those are in the amateur leagues.

The NC03 is only removed when my Dear Keyholding Wife decides She wants to torment my dick more than the cage will allow. And then it's put right back on.

I wear a Jail Bird, but remove the cage for showering, while leaving the ring on. Then I lube everything and replace the cage. In the evening I will lube the base ring again. Getting dry causes me a lot of irritation.

 

What fluid build up exactly? I don't usually have sore balls, sometimes a veriococele will flair up, but honestly it happens less when I am locked vs unlocked.

 

HTV5 Nub. Daily. No Lube unless I am refitting from Hygiene. Then I may use a bit to get things in place.

Since I am 24/7 locked except for Hygiene these days, I go through many periods of tight/extreme tight at times. Occasionally I will feel more rubbing from ring but tolerable. For me its just part of being locked.

 

I wear a ball trap device but have to use coconut oil as the ring is slightly smaller that the size of each ball. Much larger ring and not needing to use lube I would consider insecure fitting and giving too much advantage to the sub for playing around. If u don't have to use lube to get in I would tell ur mistress immediately that the device needs to downsize in every way so that you're completely clamped down there. It should also feel extremely uncomfortable to pull the device off when the lube has dried away. You should be relying on a key system for this and not just feel you can pull it off easily. I have never tried to escape from my current ball trap cage, not interested to know if it even possible.
