Neither of those types will work for me for various reasons but I desperately want to be locked up. I've seen only one PA non ball trap device but it's to big for me and I didn't see option for smaller sizes. Is there anything else out there, be it other PA designs or other options I'm not aware of?

Male Chastity Now makes the Glans Armor 2. I don't have any personal experience with that device, but Mark does good work and other members say good things about it.
If you mean a "support belt" then perhaps a full belt might be an option. With something like a Behind Barz belt the cock ring is optional and if you have a PA then that can help secure the penis cage. If you mean a "full belt" then obviously you have already ruled that out.
Evotion Bijou. Been in mine for a year now and it is super secure, easy to keep clean and comfortable.
A great alternative, and what I wear: Evotion Bijou, held by a frenum piercing. I never could get a ball-trap device to work, and I was nervous about piercing my urethra. However, a frenum piercing is perfect. Mine is comfortable and very secure. It's not coming off without the key, short of using power tools, and risking significant blood loss! I've worn an Evotion Bijou for over 2 years, more or less 24/7. I got a second one because the first began to fade, and had a small break. I think with time and exposure to urine, the 3D printed plastic wears down. I got 2 solid years out of the first, and that's good enough for me.
If you go with a stainless steel tube with a PA, plan on using a minimum of 4g prong and order a 2g with it. The larger it is the less stress on the piercing. Also, talk with your piercer and make sure they know you plan to use a chastity cage so you probably want about .5” setback from the tip.
Thanks everyone. I'm leaning towards the Bijou for the look, my preference for plastic, and the option of the frenum piercing, but if there are anymore suggestions, I'm all ears.
Or you can say you plan to stretch to heavy gauges and want it further back to carry the weight. Which is what I did. I was a bit too shy at the time.
If you prefer plastic then CB-x did a plastic ringless PA cage a while back, you could check there site and see if it’s still available.
Hey there! I don't know the reasons the devices you mentioned don't work for you.... They weren't specified... I will only add that when you use a PA attachment with a trapped ball device, the measurements of said cage become less exacting. Base ring fit is still important.... But cage girth and to some small extent length allow for more space/leeway simply because the PA takes care of security!!!! You don't need the cage to hold you in through constriction..... Try looking for a Lori#B or a Steelwerks Crucible v2.0. The Lori I have, the steelwerks I want !! Both are ringless, tube designs, but with closed glans. Both are locked by PA, although, the Steelwerks can be locked by any piercing !
