What level? -- simple denial, torment or "torture"?

I'm wondering how many here use their device for basic control/denial and how many go further?
e.g. is it just to keep "the man" in their place or some light d/s with teasing by stimulation or having the wearer be "allowed" to surf naughty sites etc, or do some go much further with keeping them locked up and using toys?

I'm asking because, when i wear my cb2k and use toys, often mounted on a machine, i have found that either upon getting close to an anal orgasm or about 10-15mins being used by a machine i often have to stop and remove the cb to climax.
