My member is 4in flaccid and 8.5 in full glory. I am now in a birdcage but it obviously is pretty big. The ring is 50mm but 55 would be better especially at night. Then however i sometimes lose one testicle… So 50mm it is. Also the birdcage shows through my pants. Never really tied pullout but pretty sure it can be done, especially under the shower and soapy. I am now 40 days locked up with 2 releases (which i had to consume) any advice on the above is highly appreciated.
As a member of the 8" club, all I can say is get a custom cage. As a member of the "holy shit your balls are huge" club, I can't help you with slipping out of the ring.
Man cage offer some devices aimed at the large gentleman, but torn what I have read there rather crap. Cherry keeper do a wide selection of rings and cages, and there reviews are pretty good, and there reasonably priced to!
I have similar issues… not quite as large (I’m right over 7.5” fully hard, about 3” flaccid)… have high/tight sac and used to have ball escape issues - custom is the way to go. I’d recommend MatureMetal or MCN as they frankly both have the best customer service, quality and bang for the buck. Another route is get pierced and go with a non-ball trap device like I wear now.
I’m 7” hard and 2” flaccid. I went with Mature Metal when we decided to go custom (order the sizing rings first to figure out ring size and cage diameter). First cage was 1.75” and once I adjusted to that my wife now has me squeezed in to a 1.25” cage. It will definitely compress and you can get it down small enough so it isn’t visible in pants.
I have similar size challenges. Low cost a272 steel works for me (along with CB3000). 37MM tube in longest version (272) and a 50MM form fitting ring. i find the 50mm form fitting ring fits more like a 55mm simple round ring. (I too measure out for 55MM ring, but can have one nut break lose. i find a SMALL GAP is also helpful - as "the larger the sack the smaller the gap". i don't have the length dimensions of 272 model handy, but i can always pee in urinal because i am pushed hard up against the front opening. For some reason a more open cage design, which would be better for hygiene does not work as well. the solid cage keeps me "up to the front" for peeing standing up - which is a big advantage. The other cage that is also excellent is the CB-3000 (not the 6000). it is wider and is actually even better at enabling urinal use - but being polycarbinate it is not as good for hygiene. The 272 is simply cleaner.
