What is the most subtle thing your wife / keyholder / Mistress does that you like? Things that are so subtle that you are the only one to notice.
My wife is a believer in vocalising her feelings by generating random noises-for example 'singing' when happy or just making stupid noises in general tbh-she has one that she does (its very quick and subtle) which is my que to stop what I am doing and come to wherever she is-no-ones noticed that one yet and I love it!
My madam does nothing subtle when it comes to us being in a FLR. We are totally open with our life style choice.
My GF likes to say things in public that mortify me for fear of being "outed" but are really harmless. Yesterday was a great example: she unlocked me due to an abrasion, and when I was leaving with my son for the day she shouted "Happy Freedom Day" instead of Happy 4th, or Happy Independence day as would be customary. I got it loud and clear but nobody else even noticed.
Sometimes she just gives me a look. It's a look and expression that seems to be reserved for when I have been locked for a while. She doesn't use that look for anything else. Its devastating.
My wife likes using the word "slave" when friends are around, but in a way that they don't realise. eg, if she arrives home with a friend and I've been mowing the lawn she'll say something like, "Oh, I see you've been slaving in the garden".
i love it when in public she can glare at me when im doing something she disapproves of. its the same look i get from her when she wields the cane or flogger. i stop what im doing but get a ear to ear grin as a result of that face i love to see.
She holds her glass out or otherwise waits for me to 'serve' her, with a pointed look, at a social function. Seems harmless but we know what she's implying.

My wife likes to bite the key to my chastity between her teeth and giggle when she is talking to certain people who are in on our secret. The people present who are not in on it just see her acting cute and silly. When someone asks what the key is she says it's the key to her husband's heart. The lock is heart shaped.
Something else that is subtle, and maybe a lot amongst us will nod the head: when the lock knocks against the cage, that sound muffled by the pants and the surrounding noise, that subtle sound is immediately recognized by My Queen, and She lets me know She heard it....
I get that non verbal glare then i know i over stepped my boundary. She realized that raising her voice with me doesn't work.
My mistress likes me do to things for her in front of our family and friends. Subtle things such as fetching something for her, warming her coffee, taking plate into the kitchen etc. I usually get a particular look from her that is a “do this for me now” look. As our family and friends see my behavior towards my wife I wonder if some of them are catching on and noticing the “look” as well
For us there's "the look". Either the look that says don't or the look that it is glance at my crotch. And if she's wearing the key around Her neck she'll touch it and play with it. If its on Her keyring she'll ask if "Do you have you keys?", and then answer Her self with "No, I've got your keys". All of which are very innocent gestures and have significance to us.
