    I was allowed to unlock the other day for a scheduled Dr's appt. While unlocked I felt an pretty intense friction from my penis rubbing against my boxers.
    I got to wondering if it's possible to have an accident or incident while unlocked.
    Anybody have any stories or examples of this happening?

    I don't think that there are really many "accidents" which occur just by being unlocked. Most such events are intentional. To assist in preventing that friction with the boxers, I'd suggest wearing some tightly whiteys or panties to keep things tight to your body. When unlocked, sometimes, I feel that i just can't help myself and that's why I feel that I need to be caged more often.

    I am never unlocked while not in Her presence. I’ve definitly come close to having accidents with her though. I’m never allowed to touch myself, so during cleanings I always get stimulated while she washes her dick and balls. That’s my biggest accident fear time, not associated with teasing or sexual contact.

    There is definitly risk when unlocked. Like you, I am unlocked for doctors appointments and when doing heavy work. I don't find temptation as much during those times but when unlocked to shower it take a lot of self control to get through it without misbehaving. So far, so good but it's been close a few times. I'm getting better at it.
