Opinions on weather it's necessary or not vary, so research ive done says that it not, abd that the body will expel when its ready (wet dream). As for my goddess sge has NO desire to even try it.

 

I would love to experience it as I would find it somewhat humiliating. Locked and my seed completely not wanted, needed, nor necessary to her.

For us, milking is just another part of the FLR. I don't think it's necessary for prostate health, but as a substitute for orgasms for me. The only reason you can read sometimes it should be necessary for prostate health / cancer prevention, but you can be sure that your food, living enviroment etc. has a way higher influence on that.
