Just wondering what other people find best. I use at the moment a a clear plastic cock cage nothing fancy. I m thinking of up grading to a metal cage and wonder weather to go for one with a tube or not.
I started with tubes but now I use a thether spout which escape proof and much safer in usage with respect to UTIs.
That's a question of mine too, but I'm not convinced it's a good idea. Inserting something in there seems to raise all sorts of hygiene questions. I've heard you should not have one in for more than a couple days. I wear my cage between play sessions with my wife. These are usually spaced out a week. I can clean fine while wearing the cage. I do not want to ask to be released to clean and it seems a urethra tube would contradict this. It does seem like a tume of the right length would keep a guy from escaping, but I don't even try to escape. So interested in what folks say here.
I wouldn’t go for one with a tube unless you really want to go for the full innie devices and need one to aid in urination. Anything put up there shouldn’t be left in for more than a couple of days maximum, you have to remember it’s a two way door, it’s it just letting things out, it’s also letting things in. And to an area that’s not used to it.
You DO NOT WANT a UTI. Trust me. A urologist explained to me there is essentially a "dimilitarized zone" in there to allow sperm to live. There is nothing in that area to fight off invading germs. Anything not 100% sterile will start you on the path of ruin for weeks and weeks. If you're lucky.
