Not the easiest thing to do but you could train yourself. Something that I did was shift my focus during PIV to Her pleasure only. Does the condom have numbing cream applied all over or just at the tip? Best I've found is Stud-100 spray and a normal condom - apply the spray around the glans and particularly the frenum but very little or none on the shaft. For me this means the sensation on the shaft keeps me hard but numbing the sensitive bits prevents me from getting an orgasm.
