Since 4th June 2022. Can’t be bothered to do the math but it’s approx 18 months I suppose. But really the cage is only a symbol at this stage - I’m not allowed to have any more sex ever, and I’d obey that rule even if the cage wasn’t there.

 

I've been locked up since New Year's Day so this session is going on day 23. And yes, it's easy for me to say this, having been been locked for ridiculously long times, but that's something between Mrs Edge and I.

I dont think this is an issue, if someone sees a post and thinks I want to try that, that's fine however its up to them to take some personal responsibility, do some research, use their brain and only do what safe or do we go down the rabbit hole and block everything because virtually everything can be harmful if you do it wrong or to excess, even drinking water!

I think this is a valid and interesting post to see what others are doing and their points of view.

What makes it unsafe or unreasonable? I ask because unlike many contributors I only ever had one cage, it’s fine, so never occurred to me to try another. And I haven’t ever encountered a reason to remove it.

 

I've self locked for 4.5 yrs , my longest unlocked period was 9 weeks but generally unlock to clean and shave monthly. However thorough I try to be with daily cleaning after 8-10 weeks there is a scale like build of urine on the cage and it needs a bloody good clean . The cage is good to be worn much longer but don't see the point in getting untidy or smelly down there , that certainly isn't need by wife .

 

We’re wrapping up year 4 of cage use, my longest stint with zero unlocks is only 11 days. My Wife likes to tease her property, or use her property fairly often usually.

I have been active in groups like this for a long time, and I have noticed that there are some guys who will, for the sake of a personal best, overlook chafing, abrasions, nicks, etc. How many times have we seen "My wife had me remove it until she was sure that I was fully healed."? There are some older posts around here describing ailments from guys being lax in removibg their cages.

I'm just interjecting a note of caution, is all.
