But yeah, you can really get a lot of good effects if the person who made the hypno file knew what they were doing and you give it some time and really listen to it over and over again. Having been a stooge for a hypnotist as a teenager , I learned to hypnotize too. One very important thing is to be sure the session ends with the hypnotist waking you up . It doesn't matter if you think you were hypnotized . Most people come out of it thinking it didn't work. The thing about it is you can be in a state that you will act on suggestions regardless of what they are . This could be something as simple as someone saying that guy needs a kick in the butt .
