I really wish I could say that this is a made up fantasy, but it's not! The head of my security screw is rounded off and the key has nothing to grab onto to back it out , and no, I can't just slip out of my cage as it's secured with a PA. I haven't cum since September and haven't been out of my cage since March, and a couple weeks ago she said in honor of Independence Day, she would let me take off the cage and allow me to cum. Boy was I excited! Every day for the past couple weeks I was hoping would be the day and finally last night was when she decided that the time was right. Put the key into the screw and tried to turn it but it was really tight. A little more pressure and then the key just spun and the screw did not. "Oh fuck!" were my exact words. We both panicked a bit then she said "Calm down, honey. It's not that bad. At least we know that your little guy is still safe and sound in his little home." If I don't get this figured out, I'll be locked away indefinitely! She said not to worry about it now and we'll figure it out later.

With a steady hand you can try drilling it out. If I did that I would see if I could find a left hand drill bit and hope that it catches and backs it out

    Maybe superglue does the trick?
The minimal gap between key and screwhead should be perfect for using it.
But You better wait a longer time to harden the glue than You may think.

Give it a try, there is no risk to damage it more than its damaged now.

I could probably drill it out a bit and use an easy out. She doesn't seem to be too worried about it at the moment. I guess it's just stay locked until she decides that we should do something about it.

It's a bit like the saying "you're only lost if you care where you are". I guess you're only "stuck" if you're trying to get out!

Oh no, I'd say I'm stuck LOL! I would have loved to have gotten out last night after a 9 month denial. Not much I can do at this point except wait for her to decide if or how we get this off.

On a more serious note, I think going forward using a Torx bolt is a lot more sensible, they are almost impossible strip.

I posted somethin on another thread where husband had to remove a metal cage the guy's wife had damaged the lock on so it would be permanent. One thing he did when using the whirly buzzy thingy was things he said to keep the metal cool so it didn't burn the guy. He used ice cubes, frozen veggie bags and clipped things to it he called "heat syncs".

Husband had to ruin the cage to get it off, but it had to come off somehow. I'll show this to him when he comes home and see what he says.

    This normally solves the problem:
Get an ordinary rubber band, lay it over the tip of the security key and press the key through the rubber into the screw head.
If you're careful with applying a little gentle pressure the rubber will grip both the irregularities in the screwdriver tip and the screw head and the screw will come out.

if it doesn't, (persevere, it usually does), then you'll have to make a small indent into the top of the screw head. A small triangular file across the head of the screw if you can get one in there, or support the cage in a vice / workmate / on the corner of your bench, and give the head of the screw a short sharp tap with the head of a thin flat screwdriver / very small chisel helped along with a very heavy hammer.
That will do two things, firstly the indent will give the rubber trick something to grip into, and secondly, the impact of the hammer blow will compress the screw threads slightly, often just enough to make it looser and easier to unscrew.

Depending on the tools you have, another way is to start drilling out the head of the screw (use a hand drill!) and stop when you've just started. The fresh cuts and burrs from the drill are another way to get the rubber to grip.

Heavy vibrator on the cage to cause the orgasm and then all this other stuff isn't necessary. <gulp>

I had a padlock fail in a very similar circumstance except that my cage doesn't have a PA post and I don't have a PA piercing. She was more worried about it that I was and I finally got the key to turn the locking mechanism and open the hasp.

It definitely raises the heart rate. I'd vote for a simple screw extractor over a drill but I've never tried the rubber band trick. Keep us informed.

Thanks for the advice, but I'm thinking it's going to be on a while. After a few texts today, she said that it's no big deal and that nothing has really changed. She said "Well, I guess we don't have to worry about those keys for a while. Too bad that you can't get your dick out because I was going to give you the best blowjob you've ever had. I bet you didn't know that the last time you came could possibly be the absolute last time! At least I can still cum whenever I want! Ha ha ha! Don't worry, honey, you'll get through this." In a strange way I'm kinda ok with this.

You know, there is a certain peace in that, and I understand why you’d be okay with it. I’m pretty sure I would be too.

Most importantly, you both seem to be aligned which is awesome.

Unless the cage is made of tungsten carbide or diamond, hospitals are prepared to remove it in an emergency. And outside of an emergency, it sounds like your wife is happy to keep it on you. So, maybe it isn't a problem?

Sometimes a standard flat blade screwdriver of just the right length will loosed screws with non-standard heads. You can get a jeweler's set of screwdriver at a lot of places. Don't go too cheap, as the ends of the blades have to handle some torque.

Sigh...this is easily resolved. Wrap your cage in some sort of unsulating material, maybe some cloth towel, then use a cut-off wheel on a dremel and cut a groove into the head of the screw. Then use a flat screwdriver to loosen.

    You're welcome.

FWIW - A doctor informed me that they also (in general) can't deal with titanium.

Many good suggestions already, but another option is to grab the head of the screw with needle nose vice grip pliers. Not too much pressure, and a gentle touch, it will turn right out. Like others have said, no need to panic, it can be removed

Screw is recessed. Somewhat of a torx head with a pin in the center. We've (well she's) decided that it's nothing to worry about now. The one thing that we don't want to happen is to destroy the cage. She said that this is kinda something she wanted, but didn't want to be the one to make that decision. If anything, when it comes off, she wants to have it modified to be even more secure so if this ever happened again it would be totally permanent.

Go to the auto parts store and buy the smallest container of valve lapping compound. Put a generous amount on the key, and with good pressure down, start to turn screw. Discard screw!
