    Just over 3 weeks in on my first lockup and my balls have started to ache. I'd suck a dick if it meant I could have some relief. I'm pacing up and down.
    One of the rules my Wife has is no asking for release or i'll be punished. I don't want release because I feel like i'd lose everything.
    I would like a milking or ruined orgasm. We've never tried either of those together but i explained them to my Wife but i think it's unlikely She'll be putting a finger up my bottom. Another rule is No Whining. And when i've appeared desperate before She has a stern tone and asks "Are you whining?!" knowing that if i am there'll be a punishment
    What to do? Isn't it possibly unhealthy to not relieve some of this buildup?

    You are complaining. But, we're not going to give you a hard time about that. We know what it is like in the beginning. It gets easier. Eventually, you will miss it when the device is removed, and wish to wear it again.

    It's been made clear that this is my life now and that's what I want too. It's just a question of how will milking or ruined orgasm affect things, I guess is what I was getting at. I read a few places that it's much healthier to clean out the prostate regularly and that there could be problems caused by non discharge of sperm. And if i have a milking or ruined O will i keep the same mental state I have now? i'd like to avoid 'the drop'

    If the milking or ruining is done correctly, it will avoid the drop.

    It is not clear that it is necessary for health. Some dominants do it just as a common activity, and maybe to assert their dominance. The point is for you to stay stimulated. That is where you will perform at your best.

    I love every second of it. I've been out of my mind desperate many times but last night I just worried a little that my body was saying dude get this stuff out of me. They say your body knows best and when it aches like that I wonder if what I've been reading about sexual fluid build up is true. But I feel better this morning
