    I have been trying to get my husband @Gwen Sissymittens on a diet for years but he's always refused. Now that I control his little sissy heart and desires, refusal is forbidden. He told me this morning his will is weak as he knelt on the floor and begged for some exceptions. I told him I'd make it strong. This lifestyle definitely has advantages!

    I have found wearing a corset all day really does limit your food intake.

    Mistress put me on a corset diet about 18 months ago and I lost over 60 pounds in the first 12 months. I have to track all foods eaten and the resulting carbs each day. Whenever my total carbs consumed is over 40 grams in a day, I am laced tightly into a steel boned corset for at least 4 hours the following day. I always enjoy being laced into the corset as it makes me fel so feminine, but after 4 or more hours corseted, it gets a little uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. After being laced in, She secures a leather belt around my tiny waist with a padlock, so that i am not able to loosen the laces. It works!

    I also have very little will power or self control. I guess it's part of the nature of a sissy. So, my Mistress keeps me on a monitored diet as well. I use an app to log my food and need to stay. below a predetermined calorie and carb limit. I am also required to wear a tightly laced corset for 6-12 hours a day which is locked in the same manner as DonnaSue's. It is very effective indeed. My waist is getting smaller every day.

    Thank you for sharing this post. My NewYears resolution includes loosing weight so nice to see others trying as well. Part of my regimine includes weighing myself every morning and recording for Queen to see.

    there a lot of food i am not allow like lots of sweets and sugar and cakes and that but i am allow a bit of cake sometimes. i am thin tho anyways.

    Mine is mostly just about reduced calories. I’m also not allowed much alcohol. I used to have a drink or two every day and now I only get one or two a week. That, combined with corsets has me down about 20 pounds from where I was 6 months ago.

    I am a diabetic, so my corset diet is mainly focused on controlling my blood sugar thru controlling the amount of carb rich foods. I never get bored with the corset diet as the very thought of being laced into it is, in itself, exciting to me. When corseted, I have a very small waisting and the tight corset forces all available flesh up into the bosom area, which helps with my cleavage. I enjoy prancing around the house in corset, bra, cage, panties and heels. It makes me feel so feminine! (I have even overindulged in carbs a time or tow just to intentionally get laced in.) But, reality always seems to set in after about 3 hours in the corset when I must lie down or stand erect just to breathe!

    I have Gwen doing the carnivore diet. It seems to be going well so far though she does like to beg for a few of her old favorites but I’m a strict Mistress.

    Welcome to the site, I don’t believe I’ve chatted with you before.

    I currently just started a diet 3 days ago. My wife had asked me several times but I kinda heehawed around it. When I couldn’t fit in my maid dress it hit me, and I really was not looking or feeling very well so began. I ordered new sexy outfits I would need to lose weight to wear. Was depressing not being able to fit in them but surely helping me stay motivated.

    I am on a low carb diet, which easier for me to stick to than counting calories.

    So wonderful seeing another open minded woman embracing the power and their partners femininity. My wife was the same. I nearly cried the first time my wife picked out a nighty for me and we just hung out on the couch. Was the first time I had been openly around another woman like that, and her acceptance meant the world to me.

    @Gwen Sissymittens has exhibited extreme weakness on this diet including pathetic begging for forbidden foods. Today she admitted to sneaking a forbidden item. How should I punish this weak little sissy husband of mine?

    I’m glad to hear that you have motivation! Motivation is the key and some people like my Gwen need motivation via consequences. My husband said the same when he fully opened up to me it was very emotional for him. We seem to be doing well in our FLR though!

    Not really, not at all actually. Both contain phyto-estrogens which have no effect on human estrogen levels. Eating your body weight in soy every week (even if you could) would not have a feminizing effect. That is misinformation that was based on a report from the 70s that was debunked almost as long ago.
