The wife and I recently ran across this Youtube channel. Ms. Elle X has numerous videos on FLR related topics. We found her very informative and easy for a novice to understand. If you're looking to become a better sub or Dom her channel is definitely worth a look.

Indeed, its very informative.. Will definitely ask my KH to check it out. There was a video about using hand signals for a KH to use in public. So still in control but not obvious to others close to you. I thought that was very interesting.
