Do sleeves and extensions inhibit ejaculation?

It depends on numerous factors and what you use with the sleeve. With some of the thinner sleeves to give more length than width, it only deadens the sensations a little. If you use numbing cream and then put on the sleeve, you may not cum for a while but may suffer erection loss from not feeling anything. We find a condom followed by a thicker sleeve works the best.

If you want to feel invincible and mine and my wife's favorite, a little blue pill (Viagra) with a condom, and a XL Black Mamba. Make sure the outside and her are pretty well lubed and once she accommodates you can really go to town. We start with me on my back and she slowly will place the head at her entrance.
