This is to the ladies of the mansion but fellas feel free to chime in. Do you connect feminism to your own empowerment in terms of Femdom and chastity?

In the states feminism has become contextualized poorly but since many of you are abroad I would love to hear your thoughts, theories and revelations =)

Seems like the Mistresses here don't want to contribute but if it is file i would want to throw in my 2 Cents by describing my personal Situation.

I happened to meet Long ago the greatest Lady on earth. It took me years and years to find out, however, that it isn't good for our relationship to make our Egos compete. At that Point i decided to get submissive and to present my dear Lady the Advantage of having the dominant part. I would not Claim that She is feministic so the whole Thing is Dominance/Submission in our case.

Being bisexual I appreciate seeing good-looking men as well as women. If life had meant it to be so i could also have happened to meet a great Sir and be in a D/s relation with him. So about similar Situation but no women involved thus no feminism.

I think my answer to you question is No, but you use lots of big words. You look and sound a little like Sheldon Cooper.

Er I think that your questions are a bit hard to work out what you want us to talk about.

Maybe it's just me but I can't see a starting point. . Xx Wendy

Oh ok, that makes sense. Here's a better wording: does feminism have anything to do with your D/s relationships or affect your approach to them?

In some ways it's the exact opposite.

Feminism is about equality where as on here much of this is about female superiority and sub males. Who often are seeking to be treated with as little equality as possible ,indeed the least the better!

True, at its core it is about the freedom of equality and how achieve it. One avenue of achieving equality is deconstructing traditional gender roles, which FLR from my view seem to do. Though you make an interesting point that female superiority is focused on inverting the power dynamic of traditional gender roles rather than deconstructing them.

Lol you must write this stuff for a living.

This conventional gender binary is OK as it keeps things simple.
However as things start to open up the whole concept of what is male or female are beginning to muddy the water.
Thus who is in power and how that impinges on theor gender what ever degree that is will modify the concept of Dominant female l.

I was brought up with Feminism. The personal politics as well as otherwise of the women in the house (2 women and 3 girls, some older), became feminist as I grew through my early years and well into my teens. In early adulthood I moved in almost entirely male gay circles so was inside a feminist world less, but still it was there as a greater political viewpoint.

Is it directly involved in and stand up as a guiding factor in my relationship now? No.
Does it inform who I am as a person and my interactions with women in general? Yes.

Lots of big words again. You need to ask a survey question with choices. I'm sure you can do that on here.

@MissCharlotte: nah, I enjoy the more conversational route. Though I am As little surprised by what u consider big words, lol.

@ subverity: that sounds like a healthy outlook

@ wendygirl: haha, no though I do write a lot so maybe is what you are picking up on.

I think the water is already muddy but people drink it as if it were dasani. The concept of dominant female gets modified with each individual.
