That varies widely from individual to individual. Quicker than a mistress would think, but way faster than the sub thinks.

I think I read somewhere that it takes 10-14 days and your body finds an equilibrium between production and destruction of fluids. Was a while ago though so I could be wrong, but the information is out there.
You are never empty, only about 5% of what you ejaculate is actually sperm, the rest is fluid that is there to transport and feed the actual sperm cells, even if you get to point of dry orgasm, it will be replenished in the next 12 to 24 hours. And if you don’t get to cum or orgasm then the sperm is reabsorbed by your body and More is created.
In my experience it's at least a month after a milking before the next milking will produce a substantial amount of fluid by dripping out as milking proceeds After only a couple of weeks some drips will be produced but not much. Heavy teasing and arousal will speed up the refilling process shortening these times.

People are built differently. Up until my 30s, a daily ejaculation was all but mandatory, or feverish fantasies overwhelmed any other thoughts. i think everyone is different and it may change a bit as we age. When i was younger, and before chastity, i noticed if i stay hydrated after being fully drained, i can produce again the next day, but not nearly as much, took a few days to cum back to normal amount. I can be milked a lot. I guess about every two to three days. When I was a normal man I was jerling two to three times a day and always produced much sperm. It were big loads really.
