Hmmm, I have never been intimate with an uncircumcised penis. I would guess that might make hygiene more difficult in chastity? Sweat gets in the skin folds of my subby’s circumcised caged penis and even that can cause funk.
My key holder prefers that I'm uncut, mostly because she has seen what circumcision entails due to her job. Personally I like having foreskin during sex but would prefer to be cut while being locked because it seems easier. If my wife wanted me circumcised then I would be willing to undergo the procedure.
Got rid of my foreskin as an adult and was most assuredly one of my better decisions in life. TBH I have never met a woman that expressed that her preference was for uncut. Although I'm sure there are some.
When flaccid the shaft of my pee pee retracts leaving only the shrunken head and wrinkled foreskin. However when embarrassed the head also retracts leaving only the wrinkled foreskin visible. Consequently if my wife insisted that I should be circumcised there would be nothing visible at all.
I think uncircumcised is kinda hot as long as it’s clean. I would think you could just pierce the foreskin too and use a PA hook for chastity.
My boyfriend is uncircumcised and I like the look of it personally. He’s always very clean, never noticed much in terms of a funk or anything as mentioned. I like the way it looks, and how I get to pull the skin down while pleasuring him. In terms of him changing things or making him do things. I’ve waxed his armpits a couple time (and he actually liked the look of it clean and asked to do it on his own) and I like the look of them either hair free or shorter. I’ve also painted his nails before. He keeps his balls shaven, and I prefer them looking like that. He typically keeps a shaved head (almost to nothing) but I like him with some hair so I seem to be able to keep him with some hair for now at least. I also like when he grows his beard and keeps it for me. In terms of the rest of his body, I leave hat kinda yo to him.

I'd like to get circumcised but I don't have the funds for it right now. I'll try to get it done this year at some point. The thought of not having a foreskin anymore and the irreversibility of it just fascinates me.
I'm uncut, it's a bit more of an effort keeping things clean when caged. But I'm talking something like an extra minute when showering.
