    Hi. Just wanted to share a fun experience I had yesterday. I've been doing the cold water therapy for a week now with a metal cage and plug. It is an amazing experience. In the cold water my penis and balls try and contract but can't fully because the cage. For the next 5 minutes it feels like I'm getting a hands free hand job.. The plug also gets cold and causes me to contract. It is mind blowing and is a new level of tease and denial to be experienced. Love to hear any other experiences like this.

    I've been doing cold water therapy for the last couple of years. Haven't tried it caged yet. I've got a resin cage so I'll be interested to see if there is a different experience.

    Would enjoy hearing your experience if you do. I've really noticed the cold water therapy has a lot of benefits. I'm using 60 degree water in a tub. Working my way down to using more ice in steps.

    The moment when you have to use google to find out what 60 degree is...

    Well i use to go swimming in the lake at this temperature. Right now there are about 8 degrees, which aches a lot, but if you are used to it after some minutes it feels like your skin is too short for your body.

    I didnt try it with a cage on. Maybe tomorrow.

    Fill the tub with the coldest water from the tap. Get in the tub with the cage on. Sit in there for 6 min. About 30 seconds in my penis and balls try and retract due to the cold. The cage won't let the balls retract. It feels like a hand job while caged because of the tug of war between the retracting and the cage.

    Do you only sit in it?

    I used to sit in it after long runs, 20+ miles, to reduce muscle fatigue and cramping.
