My sub is constantly texting me at work about sex or games we play. Usually I find this amusing and sweet, but sometimes when I'm in a meeting or trying to concentrate it's dam annoying. I know I could turn off the phone but wihout it I feel lost. I know since he's been locked in his little cage he's frustrated and thinks about sex all the time, but he must realise that I don't. I've now told him that for every text he sends me that I feel is unimportant or trivial an extra day will be added to his release date. We will see if that curbs his libido. If not I'll increase the penalty.
I sincerely doubt that it will curb his libido, but who cares! Worst case scenario he finds another way to express his feelings, and then you can punish him for annoying him that way as well.
Give him a text allowance... 5 per day or something appropriate. Any texts over that allowance you can find a fitting punishment... 5 canings for each text over? Electrostim shocks? Ball slapping? Edging? Make sure it's the opposite of what they desire, so if they're a painslut, don't give them pain! Failing that... there's always cleaning the toilet with a toothbrush!
