    This weekend I am going to a preseason NHL game. Does anyone know if there would be a security concern with wearing my MM QK to the game? I will be with vanilla family so being pulled aside wouldn't be a good thing.

    don't know where you are from if your are from Michigan they have metal detector

    You might run into a metal detector at the door. Switch to a plastic device and a numbered tag for the evening?

    Plastic or an evening out are what my KH and I were thinking. Last time I was at a game was at the Joe in Detroit and they didn't have metal detectors, but that was 6 years ago. This game is in Columbus, which I haven't been to in a few years as well.

    Just call and tell them you have 13 large gauge body piercings and you were concerned about setting off metal detectors. ;)

    We made the decision to not wear anything that evening and it was a smart move.

    NHL, like NFL games, use metal detectors at the entrances. I got dinged by the detector for a metal pen I had so I know the cage would have been for sure.
