depends on the goal and how good you are at the timing. A true ruined orgasm is when it dribbles out with no pleasure. Go a few seconds too long and you can feel some pleasure. So its kind of a sliding scale. And its all in the timing. Milking is something completely different. This is when you can force ejaculatue out through massaging the prostate or vas deferense through the rectum.

With us males orgasm and ejaculation typically happen at the same time. This doesn't have to happen at the same time. You can have ejaculation with no orgasm, or orgasm and no ejaculation. Both are attainable but difficult to achieve. So anything can happen in-between those to outcomes and it all really comes down to the timing and most likely some other variables. So its going to be hard to describe all of the different outcomes and to be able to label whether its technically a ruined or not.
