Yes, I use the tether spout, and it is 100% effective. Please see my gallery, warning tho its pretty explicit, but it does explain the system.

Once unlocked I can remove the tether in 30 seconds, its a bit harder to put back in, so these days I just leave it in. Its possible to have normal sex with the tether in, mistress has me use a cap so it minimizes the amount of leakage if i am permitted to climax. I have had the tether in me for about the last 6 months since I last took it out. No problems at all.

There is no way you can pull out of the cage, it also makes short cages actually viable.

Wife is about to get me pierced…I’m “ok” with it but wondered for a while if the tether could really be worn long term. I’m determined to try and hearing you’ve had yours in 6mos with no issue give me hope.

 

PA piercings work flawlessly with the right device. My device is tube only (no ball trap ring). Due to it's shape and being made of titanium it puts no weight on the piercing either.

 

Prince Albert piercing is what the wife and I agreed upon to prevent me from slipping out of the cage.

 

As Colman wrote, a Tetherspout works. I use a threaded Tetherspout with a looker 2 and a safety nut. Installing takes only a few seconds and removal too. But this is not often necessary, it can stay in place when I do shaving and device cleaning. The maintenance time is less than 10 minutes.

 

Without a key or security tool, removing a PA secured device is only going to happen with cutting tools.

 

For me the tetherspout works well,its been in place without removal for about 5 weeks

 

If you dont want a piercing. I created a simple belt with a front plate, utilising electrical cable, a few clamp, Totally escape proof and cost 10 bucks, been wearing it 24/7 for 2 years now.

Don’t underestimate the amount of time between getting a PA piercing and being able to use it for chastity. It had to fully heal, then be stretched, then fully heal again, then possibly once or twice more. It’s likely to be at least 6 months. Not saying you shouldn’t do it but expectations need to be realistic

 

Mine hasn't been removed in 6 months, the inside gets a bit grimy with crap, but I can easily clean that with a cotton bud slides in there nice and tight, and you can check out most of the outside because there is enough room to see and it doesn't really get dirty, the only thing I cant clean is the retainer, but every time I have removed it its the least bit grungy.

I used to remove it periodically for clean but really the inside is the only thing that seems to need cleaning, Even the urethral insert on the looker2 gums up on the inside after some months, making it harder to pee, so thats not really surprising.

 

What? I was locked within 5 weeks of getting mine, and that’s not unusual at all.

My current solution is a rubber o ring (find in the plumbing section of your hardware store) that goes right behind the glans. You might have to try several sizes to get the right fit.

Then use a hair band or some other chain / strap and route it in such a way that you can only remove it without breaking the strap when you are unlocked. You might manage to pull out but you will never get it back on without unlocking.

It's kind of like the lori retainer ring setup but should be adaptable to many cages.

 

We ended up using a very simple solution. It's not escape proof but there's absolutely no way that he can reinsert his penis if he pulls out. Not even with the sock method.

the way it's done is we used a little piece of chicken string that we loop in a 8 shape that goes snugly around the base the penis and the lock pin. You prepare the rope by making a knot and cover it with a piece of heat shrink. Once installed, It's important to make sure the heat shrink is under the penis so there's no way to recreate one with the cage on.

if you want to make absolutely sure that he can't roll off the rope like a condom (impossible if snug enough, even more if he's a grower), you can draw a marker line along the rope so it would be impossible to hide the twisted string after tampering with it.

 

I can vouch for the glans ring method if you get it right. There are a number of posts about this method. Unfortunately, as far as I know the only device you can purchase is the Lori version. Currently at two weeks in the present session and no way to escape. If I could I doubt I could resist temptation. Note also the interesting posts by castmenow, using a round ring.

I have a travel cage (silicone) that I can pull out of to clean when I'm traveling (although I don't think that I can take the whole thing off). My wife knows. And the only time I pull out is in the shower, with plenty of soap (which is what it takes to get out). Very cold water then a little lube to get back in.

I mostly stick with metal now, even when traveling.

 

since my wife had me get a PA no pull out possible. She has her property locked in a Rigid Chastity model 1.
she has the lock sealed with a security seal to further ensure no funny business.
