@Minas bitch just posted a 6 month update on his permanent chastity and I was wondering: Are PA hooks more practical than PA rings for long term wear? For example, is it easier to pee standing up when the hook barely protrudes from the slit, compared with having an actual ring that causes the pee to splatter? Or is there a problem with not being able to rotate the hook to clean it? Essentially it's a trans-dermal implant.
What about peeing? And what happens when you turtle (as in when your dick suddenly shrivels and shrinks, e.g. due to cold or getting into a hot bath.)?
I sit down ; but they offer a PA hook that has a central hole if that's something you want Mine is short enough that turtleing is not an issue
Just to be clear when I think of a hook i think of a curved end. I find. That to have similar issues to a ring. My preference is to have the PA locking pin exit the urethra in a straight fashion and for it to enter the piercing perpendicular. Think more the shape of prince wand without the deeper part. This allows for a consolidated stream when urinating. Also when you retract due to shrinkage or body positioning the piercing is pulling against a straight object, not pulling against something at an angle, that may be moving pinching and straining the piercing site. That being said i prefer a design where the piercing is for security not to take the load of a device. Cleanability is important. For my device i can get to the tip and base of the piercing with a foam swab to clean. For long term wear i am not sure what would happen if you really couldn't get to the base of the piercing. I would think odor would build up and eventual irritation but that may depend on the individual.
So a right-angled hook comprising: (a) Upright locking pin, (b) urethral plug. Could the plug be significantly thinner to reduce the impact on peeing?
