Hello m1411. I adapted POI from my CB3K to fit my 6KS and substituted them for the spacer. Cannot wear the pointiest without near instant injury-have worn the others for days at a time and they do keep the passive arousal that naughty thoughts and the passing female in yoga pants might cause at bay. They are NO match for my Wife/Mistress/Keyholder...she gets a kick out of my moans of mixed pleasure and discomfort as I swell to the max in my cage as she teases my nipples and I start gyrating and bucking my hips in futility to find a comfortable position. I usually end up having to remove them for a few days and put the plain spacers back in to allow mild marking to heal. So for me the answer is no...teaches me to control my thoughts, but cannot fight physical stimuli. allaboutHer
If and when I require strict discipline (and who doesn't periodically), Mistress uses a 3 row KTB and I can relate to your inability to find a comfortable position. There just aren't any.
