Best underwear for foreskin pinching?

    I wear brief but I often find my fireskin in pinching between the cage and my underwear, anyone with a similar problem? Solutions?

    Yes, long, foreskin pokes through my cage, a quick jiggle relieves it for me but that's all.

    I prefer loose boxers that rub rather than tight briefs that pinch.

    My foreskin is trapped well within the CB 6000 cage. The problem I have is that the naked gland presses out of the slit and then touches the underwear. Since it is usually covered by the foreskin, it is quite a painful sensation :-(.
