Pain and piercing migration from the cheese cutter effect. That’s what you’ll miss entirely if you do it right.

Be patient and wait until you’ve stretched your piercing to a wider piece of metal.

Wider material puts less pressure on the piercing. Force is spread over a larger area. Lori cages are heavy. Don’t screw around.

Bigger gauge is much more comfortable, less chance of migration.

I'm at a 4 gauge and I'm happy with it. No issues or migration in almost a decade.

 

Aside from reducing the "cheese cutter risk, the increased gauge feel really good in your cock head. I can comfortable wear my 0 ga tribal ring but wear either 4 ga or 2 ga segmented ring most of the time. Of course that's not when wearing my appy bar

I was pierced at 10 ga but it was only when I stretched to 4 ga that I really started to enjoy the piercing, in terms of the extra weight sensations, elimination of the 'cheese cutter' risk, and the added stimulation from a thicker ring. I continued on (over a couple years) ultimately to 00ga, though that was almost too big for me and I could not easily pee around the ring.

I am in chastity at 0 ga and it feels perfect, as well I think as looking more submissive in my cage to have a thicker PA pin.

 

I agree! This can be said for many piercings, I lost my nipple rings as they migrated out of my body!

 

Its really easy to start moving gauges also. Currently at 4 but would guarantee I could go 2 or larger no problem. There's a lot of movement there so find a size you're comfortable with.
