not really. Though if you suspect he slipped out and pleasured himself I would think his attitude or desire for you would change if it was recent enough.

 

Make him get a chastity piercing. Not only does it remove all doubt, it also makes permanent chastity all that much easier for the mistress.

I would suggest you use some tease and denial to determine if he has gotten off. If he has ... his response will be less then the previous attempt, and that point you should know if he is playing with himself to completion.

 

If he needs to remove the lock to get the device off, you could use those numbered one-time plastic locks instead of a regular padlock.

If he can get escape without removing the padlock (which is common for "growers"), a piercing is the only sure way.

The desire for release is extremely strong for many, if you suspect something, I'd say its 99.99999999% probable he cheated. There are many creative and cunning ways for you to deal with that. Up to you...

Actually, there is an alternative to the piercing, just as secure against escape: the TetherSpout.

Another thing to consider, if what is sought is just evidence of pull-out (as opposed to completely preventing it): an O-ring or hair tie of proper size (such that when installed, it slightly squeezes the base of the penis, without hurting) that is slipped on the penis before installing the cage tube and twisted at least once to make a small extra loop that is slipped on the CB's locking pin. Some call that the "ribbon" method. If sized properly, it is extremely hard to slip back inside while keeping the original twist in the loop.

That said, he may just be able to reach nirvana by moving his cage back and forth, without slipping out (been there, done that). I find the TetherSpout helps here because:

1. it limits the relative movements of the penis within the cage
   
2. the inside-the-urethra rubbing that results from insistent masturbation is a deterrent to further attempts

Presumably, a rigid PA fixing could help in a similar way (but I have no actual experience of that). Another possibility would be a cage with a fixed urethral insert...

 

Another issue is that he may have a key you don't know about. That's easily fixed by buying a new padlock and never again giving him an opportunity to make a duplicate of the key...

 

if hes intentionaly slipping it off, sounds like he really doesnt want to be locked. if its accidental, then a smaller cage may be in order.

Well in that case there's no way you can stop him slipping any behind the balls device off as far as I've seen. They ALL require him wanting it and the cage just acts as a help to his fundamental attitude.
You'd need to have him pierced and used one secured through a prince albert piercing, but from what I read even then he can probably put a vibe to it and cum. But that or some kind of ultra secure full belted device are your only options.
