One week and I start getting "weird". I'm pretty desperate for any kind of cumming. After two-three weeks I start to settle down... which is strange.

I totally agree with this. I learned early not to beg and compain. If I did mistress told me it just extended the time for release. Yes, she should ... but it's been a slow introduction and growth (so to speak) over the last couple years.
