    When I have so erred in my ways, Mistress requires me to wear the KTB for a full 24 hours! That prevents me from even thinking about disobeying again! She keeps the KTB on her dresser as a constant reminder. Everytime I walk by, I think of the pain!

    I like @Mascara^Snake suggestion, although I would advocate for one week as you are so very new. Some sort of kitchen safe to hold your keys and only your Mistress knowing the combination is a good way to keep them out of your reach.

    Although, as you said you achieved your ruined orgasm while locked, being ignored may not be the most effective. I agree that the iron seems a bit extreme, but mild pain might be appropriate.
    Clothespins on the scrotum perhaps. With the number and duration of wear determined by the the length of time before you were naughty. And the knowledge that your second infraction will increase both the duration and the quantity of clothespins.

    Well I would have suggested no orgasms for a while but regular prostate milking instead. The no contact is a very stiff penalty. That said three nothing like a good spanking maybe a ruler on the offending bit. For similar things Miss sometimes hog ties me a period1-2 hours. There's lots of options.
