I had a plastic CB device (can't remember the model) split open length-wise. It was like having a lobster in my pants, and gave me a few cuts for good measure, before I managed to get free of the thing! It did that twice, before being shelved for good.

Years ago, I got a frenum piercing to help anchor my CB3000 (I modified it to use a ring or barbell). It kept getting infected, even after it appeared to have healed. I finally gave up.

And once I tried washing with some tea tree oil shampoo, including washing the inside of my cage. Apparently I hadn't rinsed well, and the leftover shampoo burned my sensitive bits inside the cage.

And like almost everyone with an early CB3000 or CB6000, the hydraulic pressure managed to pop a seam, which closed on my tender bits. Eventually I learned to split one entirely when new, and then reglue the entire thing with a good gel superglue.

Worst moment? Was required to have an overdue physical without notice and no way to unlock. Was still fairly confident nothing would come of it since rarely do I need to get fully naked. This was one of those times and did a turn and cough test. I had to warn that I had body jewelry locked on which couldn’t be removed. She was professional, merely said wow that really is on there, asked if it caused any pain or if they went cold. I reassured that everything was fine and that I have been wearing it for a few years now. Nothing more was said and the test resumed its normal course. Can imagine it was discussed to coworkers later lol, but that’s all that was around me.

As far as the worst thing in general? I’ve had my fair share of minor abrasions, friction burns, raw spots, ball popping out, and ball aching, but the worst was the realization that “oh my god, I don’t think I’ll ever get myself off again!” She’ never felt the desire to unlock me for a bit and say that I was free to do whatever I wanted with it for awhile. And after the first two years it finally clicked that probably it wouldn’t happen again. That and doing the math on future orgasms. 12-20 orgasms a year (I have much less now) for 30 more years is between 360-600 for the rest of my life. I used to have about 350 per year making 30 years at 10,500 left. Anyway, the sudden realization that I wasn’t going to ever play with myself again coupled that I may have under 400 left was kind of a downer.

Spent a lot of good money on two different custom made cages, multiple base rings and modifications.

Recently purchased 3 made-in-China cages that are the most comfortable cages I've ever worn and the material and craftsmanship is superior. Total price for all 3 was under $100.

Took an older mad-in-China cage and turned it into a locking cockring so when being bred like the stud I am, it can still be deliciously frustrating and painful.

 

Put me down for a split seam and skin getting caught too, back when I wore a Curve and it was way too big for me.

Broke the skin and it scabbed over.

 

I had a curve too. It was waaaay to obvious under clothing, but the plan was to have it for home use. I was big enough to reach the end and have room to go, but.....The thing didn't work unless you'd put some sort of lube on the shaft first. I'd grow into about the first 40% of the cage, then everything would bunch up, as the no slippery skin stuck to the plastic and just got stuck, leaving half the cage empty. Cool for the odd bit of play, but not great as a daily cage. Also had the usual skin sticking out the holes and getting cut issues. Much more of a novelty cage as I found out. Add another $$$ to the pile of failed cages! Now I've gone 180 degrees and wear a steel micro cage!!

Anyways, felt a big tug on nether regions and then pain like I was being kicked in balls.

The worst thing that happened to me…

Not exactly proud of this one.

Sometimes the hole at the end does not exactly match up with where I’m peeing.
I was in a hurry to leave work one day. I sat down, did my business. Thought I was finished…

Started to pull my trousers back up and knocked the cage. The bars that were in place over the end of my penis moved and a final stream of pee flowed out right over my trousers!

Has to be my very first chastity experience! I had a dom girlfriend who turned up one day with this steel chastity cage for me to wear on our weekend away.
