I look at chastity from a BDSM point of view -- it's a way to use a slave's own sexual desires to impose suffering on it, making it more compliant and subject to its Master's will. This is one more way for the slave to offer itself up to ownership, a reminder that it is just property, and all pain or pleasure is at the discretion of its owner. Sissification could be a part of this process, including permanent conversion to sissigasms, but it is not a mandatory from this slave's point of view. Suffering, with occasional release as reward -- through full or ruined orgasms or sissigasms -- would be as suitable.
