Well, it's easier to get back into and continue being locked if no.... If yes, then it makes it more difficult for his body to get used to being back in chastity. Almost like needing a new break-in period. It can be fun to experiment with how he and his body react to different methods. I'd say go either way but just for the science of it and for whatever pleases you.
