Why on earth would anyone open a package they weren't expecting without looking at the label to make sure it was theirs?

Because they are thieving gigs because they are denying the parcel went there even though the courier says that’s where it is.

We had a couple of packages stolen from our porch recently. Thief opened them a block away and left behind what they didn’t want - including *some* (not all!) items from a sex toy shop. A neighbor found the discarded partially empty packages on the sidewalk, and kindly returned them...to our cleaning service! Feels like pretty much everyone in the neighborhood knows what we were buying ...
