    I have done a few 5km for fun never competitive. Pushing it almost gives me a high. I never notice either.

    I walk a 5km in about 50 mins. Best run 35 min. That is a very respectable time. Takes time to work up to that. Great job!

    Women can be overpowering most of the time, never thought about running. They have a way of getting ahead and we just watch them go lol. Must of been fun.
